I'm delighted to share the best of the Spring season with you!
What do I get? 1 bouquet of flowers wrapped in paper each week for 7 consecutive weeks. About 15-20 stems depending on the week. This subscription begins in mid-March when the ground is just waking up after winter. It starts with the first daffodils that push their way out of the ground, in cream, apricot and butter yellow tones with a soft fragrance announcing Spring is here accompanied by dainty white leucojum that look like little bells. Next you'll get colorful anemones that literally grow in the vase - their stems elongating and their bloom heads widening and opening with each new day. Third, expect icelandic poppies that look like crepe paper, dresses fit for for a ball, fuzzy stems artfully twisting and turning. And then bold single peonies, and fluffy double peonies together with all their best friends!
Where do I get them? Pickup is available at 212 Waddell St., Hillsborough. This is a porch pickup. Simply cross off your name when you pick up your blooms. Or we're happy to deliver them to your doorstop for an added fee if you live in Hillsborough, or within 5 miles of our farm (use the delivery checker at the top of the screen to verify if we deliver to your desired address).
What happens if I'm going to be out of town, or have to miss a week? If you’ll be away, we encourage you to brighten someone else’s day—simply gift your bouquet to a friend! This a commitment style purchase: you're committing to us, and we're committing to you, so there are no make-up weeks or credits. Where are you sourcing your subscription flowers from? Mostly from our own micro-farm in West Hillsborough, with occasional blooms from other NC growers.
