hi, Kendra here!
I'm obsessed with flowers. I love selecting unique varieties, watching them grow, and combining them together in a way that celebrates the unique form, color, and spirit of each bloom.
For over a decade, I've been cultivating flowers on our little 2-acre microfarm in West Hillsborough, NC. I started dabbling while I was still in a full-time corporate job, selling flowers at the Eno River Farmer's Market on the weekend, and later to a handful of florists.
Now, I've fallen head over heels with designing flowers.

At one point in my journey (specifically when I had a toddler during the height of the pandemic!) I took a pause from selling flowers, but I realized that even while I had flowers in my own life,
it's sharing them that brings me the most joy.
I love being on your team when you're throwing a baby shower (it's enough work getting your house clean, making food, and favors - let me take care of the flowers!), or creating something gorgeous for you to hold as you celebrate your wedding, or simply making your home feel brighter. I also wanted to make it possible for you to send locally grown flowers to someone in Hillsborough with just a click of a button.
My favorite compliment is from a customer who said, "It's hard to make something already beautiful, more beautiful."
I primarily use flowers grown right here on our own farm. I also supplement from other talented local growers down the road, in the Triangle, and the Carolinas to make designs that are even more artful and ensure I can make as many arrangements as you need for your office, or your event. Occasionally, I'll sprinkle blooms in from further away. This means our flowers are:
- Unique! Many of our flowers are varieties that aren't available in the supermarket or a traditional florist.
- Fresh! We take a lot of care to ensure your flowers will last as long as possible. We've studied and practiced harvesting each flower at the right stage of openness, storing them in our floral cooler so you get the longest life, and of course cutting them just briefly before they go to you.
- Clean! We don't spray our flowers with chemicals or pesticides; they're safe to touch, and make the bees and land happier too. We do our best to source from other growers with similar ethos.
- Fragrant! Some flowers have a light scent.
Thank you for considering local flowers and being a part of this beautiful community of people supporting sustainable growing and arranging!
